Fall Festival with Trunk or treat on Friday, October 31st from 6 - 7pm

Salem United Methodist Church believes that every child reaffirms us in the new life continually growing in the love of God.  Our caring staff and volunteers offer a safe and nurturing environment for children.  Salem is a great place for young Christians to come for fellowship, Bible study, service and support for one another.  We help them to know God intimately through Jesus Christ and provide opportunities to share their lives with one another and the world in unconditional love.

Sunday School:  Salem offers Sunday School classes for all ages from nursery through 12th grade from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.  Kindergartners through 5th grade come and join our fun new rotational Sunday School. We meet at 9:45 Sunday morning in the gym. Our goal is to partner with parents in giving our children a strong biblically based foundation for your child's spiritual journey.

Nursery Care:  Salem offers nursery care during Sunday School, 11:00 a.m. worship service, and other church activities. 

Children's Church:  During the 11:00 worship service, we offer developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 3 through 1st grade.  This is designed for children to experience biblical teachings through creative learning.

 

Handchimes

2nd - 5th grade:  Mondays 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.

We meet in the Adult Choir Room.

 

Cherub Choir

2 yrs thru 5 yrs:  Sundays 9:45

During Sunday School

We meet in the 3 year old preschool class!
