Bible Study Groups are forming now! Sign up on the bulletin board outside of the office!

Long-term Bible studies (These groups will require a time commitment.)

Disciple Bible Study:  The DISCIPLE Bible Study program is designed to develop strong Christian local churches through the in-depth study of Scripture. Through DISCIPLE, persons are strengthened in their faith and guided into service and ministry. Day and time to be determined.  (34 Weeks)

Jesus in the Gospels:  JESUS IN THE GOSPELS focuses on the portraits of Jesus found in the four Gospels--Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. The word “in” used in the title signals that this study takes an approach different from the familiar "life and teaching of Jesus" approach of reading stories and accounts of what Jesus said and did in order to draw conclusions about their meaning and about who Jesus was. This study looks at the way each Gospel writer presents events and teachings and at the picture of Jesus that emerges in each of the Gospels. Day and time to be determined.  (30 Weeks)

Christian Believer:  The goal of CHRISTIAN BELIEVER is to make available to people the substance of the Christian faith that the church has confessed as a way of connecting to God and living faithfully. This thirty-week study of the classical doctrines of the Christian faith aims at presenting, explaining, and interpreting Christian doctrine as the basic teaching of the church to the end that informed believing leads to committed discipleship.  Day and time to be determined.  (30 weeks)

Short-term Bible studies (These groups are have an open  enrollment.)

Sisters in Christ:  Glenda Snotherly leads our Sisters in Christ Bible study.  They meet Thursdays from 6:45-8:30.  They will begin the year studying A Life Worthy of the Calling .  Call Glenda Snotherly for more information at 483-2520.

Bible Study Café:  Pastor Mary Frances leads this study with rotating curriculum.  It is designed to be a study to “drop in” whenever you are available.  No homework is required!
