UP COMING EVENTS
FOOD, FELLOWSHIP, AND FAMILY GATHERINGS
Food, Fellowship, and Family gatherings will be held at 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. We gather on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. These events will focus on drawing closer as a church family, community, and family. Come join us for good food, fellowship, and an opportunity to grow closer in community. Especially highlighting participation from our children and youth. Our vision is to draw interest from our Smash and Preschool ministries. Our simple meals will be prepared and minimally priced geared toward families. Our staff will be present for these gatherings in an effort to increase our children and youth participation.
Please come out and support this ministry. We look forward to good times together.

Melody Malcolm leads the class which is designed for older adults. Her mother, Wilma Gamble who celebrated her 89th birthday recently is an inspiration for everyone.
Elvis tunes provide the tempo for the exercises which are designed to improve
flexibility, strength, balance, and general movement. Each person does the
exercises to their ability (whether sitting or standing). Stretch bands, balls, and
weights are used with some of the exercises.
Attendance is not required at each class. Participants may come and go at their leisure. However, any of the participants will assert that the more you can attend
the better you will feel.
Want to participate, just show up on any day that the class meets. Invite your
friends to come and join you. It is open to any person in the community.
WE HAVE A NEW MAILING ADDRESS
We have had a couple of instances of mail being removed from our mailbox which have been reported to the police. While we feel this had been an isolated incidences, we have elected not to take any chances. We have forwarded our mail to the Eastover Mail Depot. This way we have assurance that any mail sent to or from the church will reach its destination. Please note effective immediately to mail any correspondences to:
3947 Dunn Rd., Eastover, NC 28312
Still put the church name or parsonage name on the letter but change the address to the above.
Thank you for your help!

STEPHEN MINISTRY NEWS
With great joy our church will offer Stephen Ministry to members of our congregation and members of our community. These persons are ready to begin their care giving ministry.
If you are struggling and need someone who is filled with faith, compassionate, trustworthy and skilled, I hope you will consider asking for a Stephen Minister. This person will care for you in a confidential manner.
The process for requesting a Stephen Minister is simple. You may contact our Stephen Leader, Sara Piland, and she will begin the steps of assigning you a minister.
Please pray for our Stephen Ministry team. They have answered the call to nurture the needy.
